If anyone's interested in bypassing the exploitation of supernova and booking our own shows, contact us. btw, we're in the Montreal area.

don't worry, we'll take care of the business/organization.

I'm just going to go ahead and say shit happens sometimes, we lose venues, we don't have enough bands to play a show, we have too many shows coming up in the same area, or you know, just other stuff that happens.
Do you really think that I want to cancel shows? Of course not. I book shows, why would I want to destroy what I do?
As for the what the fuck is wrong with us part...well, personally I don't get enough sleep and survive mainly on caffeine, candy and cigarettes, and I am currently moved back into my parents house and constantly have to live with the fact that no, I am not going to be a doctor, or an engineer, or even a journalist like I went to school for, I'm just going to listen to rock and roll and hopefully one day get paid for it.
I hope this helps, if not, I'm sure I can ease your woes if you would like to speak to me using words that can be found in a dictionary.

ok , i played in a show hosted by supernova not long ago and there was A LOT of things that were shit. First, the stage. It was like only 8 feat long . thats not much room for drums, 2 guitarists, bassist , and a vocilist to give a good stage preformance ( dancing around u no, head bangnig stuff like that). the next thing was that the drum kit there and at the first supernova show we did were HORRBILE! They were worse that my first kit and i got a new one because my first one was bad. i use a double bass pedal and everytime i would do double bass,, or even during a blast or gravity blast beat, the bass drum would move away same thing with the toms. there was another drummer from a different band who had to hold the bass drum with one hand and play his normal stuff. I am in a band that plays hrdcore, screemo, deathmetal stuff. The other bands we played with were Rebel Emergancey,, they are sissy soft. were we paired up with acoustics bands to so we never got the greatest response from the crowd there because were we VERY different than the other bands that played. In our first song we did, one of the sound people unplugged the guitarists amphalfway through our song! WTF is that? both of the gutairs were almost non-existant becuase u couldnt even hear them. thats pritty bad considering the sound guy said its all good to go. and the last thing was that it took me like an hour and a half to find out how to comment or whatever on the forum! haha but still , if i cant bring my own drum kit to do supernova shows, i dont think were are goin to do them anymore. and my band have ALWAYS sold the most tickets . so thats gonna be less money in your pocket

I just want to know why the artists don't get paid?
I understand that you're providing us with an opportunity,
But somebody IS getting PAID!
That's the problem with small local scenes...
The venues never want to pay the artist what they deserve.
=)
